I previously took my vehicle to a GM dealership in my town. After some service there, I felt I was getting a run around and taken advantage of so I decided to call Neuvilles to get some advice and quotes. Turned out the quote was 1/2 of what was told to me by previous GM garage in my town. The service department was excellent to deal with and went to bat for me in every aspect! Will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here.

After arriving I waited 30 minutes to be told the parts were not available. They did however offer to come get my pickup at my home when the parts. came in. They did come get the PU and return it a few days later. The parts were ordered on Feb 5th. My appointment was on the 14th.

I paid over $1000 to replace weather stripping on all 4 doors. When I picked up my vehicle and drove, it sounded like I had the windows open because it was so loud. I pulled over to discover the new weather stripping was hanging down and practically falling off on some of the doors. Now I have to bring it back in to have it repaired.

Dan was the salesman I dealt with in pursuing purchase of a new Acadia. He was very patient with me during the process. I first encountered him about a year ago when he approached me in the lot at Neuville Motors as I was looking at vehicles. He was friendly in manner and not aggressive in any way, which I appreciated because I was simply looking at vehicles. I came back to Neuville this year because of Dan. He worked with me through the whole process as a person that was actually interested in me and my requirements in a new vehicle. I never felt any pressure from Dan; he's very personable. When the purchase was agreed upon, Taylor carefully went through all the paperwork explaining things to assure that I understood everything. I enjoyed my dealings with Dan and Taylor and will gladly recommend Neuville Motors to anyone who inquires.

Had warranty work scheduled due to my tailgate not locking after main pad replacement. Service technician had knowledge of key fob interference with the tailgate issue. Jake in the service department has zero customer service skills. Not friendly to customers and should not be dealing with customers. Could not even say Hi or Good morning. Very rude. Made us feel like an inconvenience for taking our car there. Grade 8 bolt on rear passenger seat belt seat left in the car for them to use and they never looked for it. Had to order a new one. Before we left the dealership we looked exactly where we told Jake it was in the car. And it was still there! Went inside and spoke directly with Jeff Neuville & explained what happened. They told us after an hour later that they couldn’t find the bolt & once we showed them where it was again in the car would not fix it. We has to come back a week later because they gave away our time slot already. Could come back an 2 hours later if we wanted but we had prior commitments. Then went back a week later to finish the install & showed up for iur 9am appointment only to find out Jake entered it in for 11am.

Had to have car towed to garage on Thursday, first thought was a bad battery. As soon as the tow truck dropped car off, they installed a new battery - not the problem. Was told they would not be able to work on it till Monday and I asked for a loaner car - got the loaner! Apparently the service guys tried numerous ideas and finally found a defective “control modual.” Called me Friday morning and said I could pick up my car ! How great was that?? Neuvelle Motors did a great job!! Thank you! (My service advisor was Kevin!)

The seat repair that was done was lame. the tech should have added foam to the seat. But, apparently the dealers no longer do this. the dealership prefers to sell a new 600 dollar seat cushion instead. Not the expected outcome.

I had called the day before my appointment to tell them that I would like them to look at something loose under my driver seat and when I picked up my car, they had not done anything to my loose piece on my driver seat so I had to go back in the dealership and ask them about it, and they said that they did not have anything on the work order to do it, and I had actually said something to the receptionist when I dropped my keys off and she said that they would look at it so two people knew about this and it wasn’t done. So now I have to take it back again. Because oil changes and tire rotations are only getting more expensive all the time getting a $5 or even better a $10 coupon to use towards the payment would be something that would be happily received by me and all of the other people that have to get their car serviced at Neuville motors.

My truck keeps changing settings by itself. They told me to talk to my salesman to reprogram on my screen. That's not the point. If my home thermostat would change temperatures by itself, I could reprogram it, but I would get a new thermostat. If it does it again ( would be the 4th time) I would like the problem fixed not be told to talk to the salesman about doing myself on the screen.

Work was done in a timely fashion, although it would have been a nice touch to have received an email or text to let us know the work had begun. (The vehicle was there for 2 weeks) I was most appreciative that I was able to get a loaner vehicle to use while I was waiting for the service to be performed. Time wise was great. A little surprised on cost of tire sensor monit I r so just changed one. However now alert stays on and no longer tells me tire pressure each tire on Dash. She did tell me this but d I didn't make me happy.
